The Villa Bahia condominium development is located on the fully protected Bahia San Carlos. It consists of twin buildings, each six stories high with a common patio, pool and hot tub area. The ground/first floor is covered vehicle parking. The next 4 floors have 4 units per floor, each having two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 6th floor is a stand-alone Penthouse for a total of 17 units in each building. The outer units on floors 2 to 5 are 1380 square feet and the inner units are 1192. Construction is reinforced concrete, brick and masonry finish. All units have a unobstructed view of the bay from the living room, the master bedroom and the front balcony.
A Condominium Association has been formed as required by Mexican law. The Association is responsible for exterior cleaning, maintenance and site utilities. Monthly fees are between $180 to $220 U.S. depending on unit size. Power and water for each unit is additional and totals about $60 U.S. per month, property taxes are about $330 annually.
